All of the training we do will help you become more confident and capable. We teach skills that will be useful is all walks of life such as communication skills, teamwork, decision-making, and instructional technique.
We teach both, the fundamentals of leadership, using theory and by engaging in practical exercises. We have a fun leadership training programme that it rolled-out across the year which sees our cadets' work in the same leadership group to offer them steady development and progress.
